Returns
Incase you no longer wish to use the E charging service the Unused funds can be refunded back to your account anytime on request with no questions asked.

Refunds

Incase of discrepancy. An email will be required to be sent within 24 hrs of the transaction. Your Name, Transaction ID and Car Registration Number against and and the nature of the complaint.

Our Team will examine your request and get in touch with you within 24 Hours and if approved the company will initiate the refund to your mode of payment.

You will receive the credit based on your service provider's policies.
